The conference will include oral presentations and a poster session. We invite all researchers to submit an abstract with their choice of presentation format. We particularly encourage graduate students and postdoctoral and early carrier researchers to participate.

Please format your abstract according to the abstract template, which can be downloaded by clicking the button below.

Please submit your abstract by emailing it to contact@jda2025.com with a subject line indicating the choice of either oral or poster presentation, i.e. either “Oral presentation abstract” or “Poster presentation abstract”. Your abstract should be sent as either a Microsoft Office Word file (*.doc, *.docx) or a .pdf file.
